ASLACTON, a parish in the hundred of DEPWADE,
county of NORFOLK, 3 miles (W. by S.) from St. Mary
Stratton, containing 352 inhabitants. The living is a
perpetual curacy, in the archdeaconry of Norfolk, and
diocese of Norwich, endowed with £800 royal bounty
and in the patronage of Mrs. Bodham. The church is
dedicated to St. Michael.
