hundred of LOUTH-ESKE, parts of LINDSEY, county of
LINCOLN, 6 miles (N. W.) from Alford, containing 100
inhabitants. The living is a discharged rectory, in the
archdeaconry and diocese of Lincoln, rated in the king's
books at £5. 13. 4., and in the patronage of Robert
Viner, Esq. The church is dedicated to St. Margaret.
