BALLINGHAM, a parish in the upper division
of the hundred of WORMELOW, county of HEREFORD, 7
miles (N.by W.) from Ross, containing 127 inhabitants.
The living is a perpetual curacy, in the archdeaconry
and diocese of Hereford, endowed with £30 per annum
private benefaction, and £200 royal bounty, and in the
patronage of the Vicar of Lugwardine.
