the borough of COLCHESTER, county of ESSEX, 2 miles
(S. by W.) from Colchester, containing 122 inhabitants.
The living is a perpetual curacy, in the archdeaconry of
Colchester, and diocese of London, endowed with £600
private benefaction, and £800 royal bounty, and in the
patronage of J. Bawtree, Esq. The church is dedicated
to. St. Michael.
