The living is a perpetual curacy, annexed to the
vicarage of Alton, in the archdeaconry and diocese of
Winchester. The church is dedicated to St. Nicholas.
Binsted is entitled to send five children to St. Andrew's
school in Holyburn. It is within the jurisdiction of
the Cheyney Court held at Winchester every Thursday,
for the recovery of debts to any amount.
