BRADENHAM (EAST), a parish in the southern
division of the hundred of GREENHOE, county of NORFOLK,
5 miles (S. W.) from East Dereham, containing
340 inhabitants. The living is a rectory, in the archdeaconry
of Norfolk, and diocese of Norwich, rated in
the king's books at £12. 2. 85., and in the patronage
of Thomas Oxley, Esq. The church, dedicated to St.
Mary, is composed of flint and stones.
