BRADFIELD, a parish in the hundred of TONSTEAD,
county of NORFOLK, 2 miles (N. N. W.) from
North Walsham, containing 195 inhabitants. The living,
consisting of one mediety, is a discharged rectory
in the archdeaconry of Norfolk, and diocese of Norwich,
rated in the king's books at £3. 15. 7., and in
the patronage of Lord Suffield. The church is dedicated
to St. Giles. The other mediety is a donative
annexed to the vicarage of Thorpe-Market.
