BRADWELL, a parish in the hundred of NEWPORT, county of BUCKINGHAM, 3 miles (E.byS.) from Stonyr Stratford, containing 271 inhabitants. The living is a vicarage, in the archdeaconry of Buckingham, and dio cese of Lincoln, rated in the king's books at £5.11.0., and in the patronage of the Crown. The church is dedicated to St. Lawrence. The sum of £ 13. 13. is applied annually in relieving the poor, and toward instructing six or seven children.
