The population is returned with the parish. The living is a perpetual curacy, in the archdeaconry of Coventry, and diocese of Lichfield and Coventry, and in the patronage of the Earl of Bradford. The chapel; is' dedicated to St.' Mary and St. Margaret. The Birmingham and Fazely canal passes through the chapelry.
