DALLINGHOO, a parish partly in the hundred of LOES,
but chiefly in the hundred of WILFORD, county
of SUFFOLK, 2 miles (W. by S.) from Wickham-Market,
containing 303 inhabitants. The living is a discharged
rectory, in the archdeaconry of Suffolk, and diocese of
Norwich, rated in the king's books at £ 13. 6. 8. Edward
Moor, Esq. was patron in 1827. The church is
dedicated to St. Mary.
