county of SOMERSET, 9 miles (W.
N.W.) from Bridg-water, containing 113 inhabitants.
The living is a discharged rectory, in the archdeaconry
of Taunton, and diocese of Bath and Wells, rated in
the king's books at £5. 6. 8. The Duke of Buckingham
was patron in 1821.
