DUESHILL, a township in the parochial chapelry of
HALLYSTONE, western division of COQUETDALE ward,
county of NORTHUMBERLAND, 7 miles (W.) from Rothbury,
containing 41 inhabitants. At Harehaugh is the
site of a strong triple intrenchment, thrown up by the
Saxons.
