EASTBRIDGE, a parish within the liberty of ROMNEYMARSH,
locally in the hundred of Worth, lathe of
SHEPWAY, county of KENT, 5 miles (N. byE.) from
New Romney, containing 18 inhabitants. The living is
a rectory, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Canterbury,
rated in the king's books at £5. 6. 8., and in the
patronage of the Archbishop of Canterbury. The church
has been demolished.
