FELMINGHAM, a parish in the hundred of TUNSTEAD, county of NORFOLK, 2 miles (W.S.W.) from North Walsham, containing 361 inhabitants. There are two livings, one a discharged vicarage, rated in the king's books at £6, and in the patronage of the Bishop of Norwich, and the other a discharged rectory, endowed only with a fourth part of the great tithes, and £600 royal bounty, rated at £6; they are in the archdeaconry of Norfolk, and diocese of Norwich. John Seaman, Esq. was patron in 1804. The church is dedicated to St. Andrew.
