FOXLEY, a parish in the hundred of EYNSFORD,
county of NORFOLK, 2 miles (S. by E.) from Foulsham,
containing 250 inhabitants. The living is a discharged
rectory, in the archdeaconry of Norfolk, and diocese
of Norwich, rated in the king's books at £6. 13. 4.
E. Lombe, Esq. was patron in 1792. The church is dedicated
to St. Thomas.
