GENNYS (ST.), a parish in the hundred of LESNEWTH, county of CORNWALL, 10 miles (N.byE.) from Camelford, containing 680 inhabitants. The living is a vicarage, in the archdeaconry of Cornwall, and diocese of Exeter, rated in the king's books at £8. Sir W. Molesworth, Bart, was patron in 1783. This parish is situated on the coast of the Bristol channel.
