county of NORFOLK, 2 miles (S.E.) from Holt, containing
289 inhabitants. The living is a discharged vicarage,
in the archdeaconry and diocese of Norwich, rated in
the king's books at £7. 2. 6., endowed with £200 royal
bounty, and in the patronage of the Dean and Chapter
of Norwich. The church is dedicated to All Saints.
