HOLLESLEY, a parish in the hundred of WILFORD, county of SUFFOLK, 7 miles (S. B. by E.) from Woodbridge, containing 575 inhabitants. The living is a rectory, in the archdeaconry of Suffolk, and diocese of Norwich, rated in the king'sbooks at £12. 16. 8. The church is dedicated to All Saints. The parish is bounded on the east by the river Aide, which falls into Hollesley bay.
