HORHAM, a parish in the hundred of HOXNE,
county of SUFFOLK, 4 miles (E.S.E.) from Eye, containing
423 inhabitants. The living is a rectory, in
the archdeaconry of Suffolk, and diocese of Norwich,
rated in the king's books at £12.7. 1.  Lord Huntingfield
was patron in 1803. The church is dedicated to
St. Mary. There is a place of worship for Baptists.
