ROTHLEY which is in the eastern division of the hundred
of GOSCOTE, county of LEICESTER, 5 miles (E. by
N.) from Leicester, containing 210 inhabitants. This
chapelry is within the peculiar jurisdiction of the Lord
of the Manor of Rothley.
