LANGBAR, a township, joint with Nesfield, in that
part of the parish of ILKLEY which is in the upper
division of the wapentake of CLARO, West riding of
the county of YORK, 8 miles (E.) from Skipton. The
population is returned with Nesfield. There is a place
of worship for Wesleyan Methodists.
