LIMPENHOE, a parish in the hundred of BLOFIELD,
county of NORFOLK, 5 miles (S.) from Acle,
containing 142 inhabitants. The living is a discharged
vicarage, with the rectory of Southwood, in the archdeaconry
and diocese of Norwich, rated in the king's books
at £6. 13. 4. The Rev. John Love was patron in 1803.
The church is dedicated to St. Botolph.
