LLANDEVAND, a chapelry in the parish of LLANMARTIN,
lower division of the hundred of CALDICOTT,
county of MONMOUTH. The population is returned
with the parish. The living is a perpetual curacy, in
the archdeaconry and diocese of Llandaff, endowed with
£800 royal bounty, and in the patronage of the Prebendary
of Warthacwm in the Cathedral Church of
Llandaff.- The chapel is in a state of dilapidation.
