LLANGATTOCK-nigh-USK, a parish in the upper
division of the hundred of ABERGAVENNY, county of
MONMOUTH, 3 miles (S. S. E.) from Abergavenny, containing
160 inhabitants. The living is a rectory, in the
archdeaconry and diocese of Llandaff, rated in the king's
books at £11. 7. 31., and in the patronage of the Earl
of Abergavenny. The church is dedicated to St. Cadocus.
