LLANGEVIEW, a parish in the upper division of
the hundred of USK, county of MONMOUTH, 1 mile (E.)
from Usk, containing 173 inhabitants. The living is a
perpetual curacy, in the archdeaconry and diocese of
Llandaff, endowed with £600 royal bounty, and £200
parliamentary grant, and in the patronage of Sir H.
Williams, Bart. The church is dedicated to St. David.
