LONGHAM, a parish in the hundred of LAUNDITCH,
county of NORFOLK, 4 miles (N. W. by W.) from East
Dereham, containing 298 inhabitants. The living is a
perpetual curacy, in the archdeaconry and diocese of
Norwich, endowed with £1000 royal bounty, and in
the patronage of .T. W. Coke, Esq. The church is dedicated
to St. Peter.
