LONGTHORPE, a chapelry in that part of the parish
of ST-JOHN-the-BAPTIST-PETERBOROUGH, which
is within the liberty of PETERBOROUGH, county of
NORTHAMPTON, 2 miles (W.) from Peterborough, containing
240 inhabitants. The chapel is dedicated to St.
Johh the Baptist.
