LOUGHTON, a parish in the hundred of NEWPORT,
county of BUCKINGHAM, 3 miles (N. W.) from Fenny-
Stratford, containing 293 inhabitants. The living is a
rectory, in the archdeaconry of Bucks, and diocese of
Lincoln, rated in the king's books at £ 14. 5. 2., and
in the patronage of the Master and Fellows of Trinity
College, Cambridge. The church is dedicated to All
Saints.
