LUSBY, a parish in the eastern division of the solte of BOLINGBROKE,parts of LINDSEY, county of LINCOLN, 4 miles (W. N. W.) from Spilsby, containing 126 inhabitants. The living is a discharged rectory, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Lincoln, rated in the king's books at £8. 14. R. C. Brackenbury, Esq. was patron in 1780. The church is dedicated to St. Peter. There is a place of worship for Wesleyan Methodists.
