though locally in the hundred of Martin-
Pountney, lathe of SHEPWAY, county of KENT, 3 miles
(W.S.W.) from New Romney, containing 33 inhabitants.
The living is a rectory, in the archdeaconry and
diocese of Canterbury, rated in the king's books at £30,
and in the patronage of - Eve, Esq. The church has
been demolished.
