MOULSEY (WEST), a parish in the first division of the hundred of ELMBRIDGE, county of SURREY, 2 miles (N.E. by E.) from Walton upon Thames, containing 430 inhabitants. The living is a perpetual curacy, in the archdeaconry of Surrey, and diocese of Winchester, endowed with £200 private benefaction, £600 royal bounty, and £500 parliamentary grant. The Rev. Hibbert Binney, D.D., was patron in 1824. The parish is bounded on the north by the Thames, and on the east by the river Mole.
