ORGARSWICK, a parish in the liberty of ROMNEY-MARSH, though locally in the hundred of Worth, lathe of SHEPWAY, county of KENT, 5 miles (N. N. E.) from New Romney, containing 10 inhabitants. The living is a rectory, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Canterbury, rated in the king's books at £3, and in the patronage of the Dean and Chapter of Canterbury. The church has been demolished.
