PARNDON (LITTLE), a parish in the hundred of HARLOW, county of ESSEX, 3 miles (W. by S.) from Harlow, containing 103 inhabitants. The living is a discharged rectory, in the jurisdiction of the Commissary of Essex and Herts, concurrently with the Consistorial Court of the Bishop of London, rated in the king's books at £6. William Smith, Esq. was patron in 1812. The church is dedicated to St. Mary.
