POSLINFORD, a parish in the hundred of RISBRIDGE,
county of SUFFOLK, 1 mile (N.) from Clare,
containing, with Chipley, 295 inhabitants. The living
is a discharged vicarage, in the archdeaconry of Sudbury,
and diocese of Norwich, rated in the king's books
at £6.10. The Rev. G. G. Golding was patron in 1804.
