POTTER-HANWORTH, a parish in the second
division of the wapentake of LANGOE, parts of KESTEVEN,
county of LINCOLN, 6 miles (S. E. by E.) from
Lincoln, containing 374 inhabitants. The living is a
rectory, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Lincoln
rated in the king's books at £13. 16. 8., and in the
patronage of the Crown. The church is dedicated to
St. Andrew.
