Strath-clay division of the wapentake of BASSETLAW,
county of NOTTINGHAM, 4 miles (E. N. E.) from Tuxford,
containing 146 inhabitants. This chapelry is within
the peculiar jurisdiction of the Chapter of the Collegiate
Church of Southwell.
