REDWICK, a chapelry in the parish of MAGOR, lower division of the hundred of CALDICOTT, county of MONMOUTH, 8 miles (E. by S.) from Newport, containing 238 inhabitants. The living is a perpetual curacy, annexed to the vicarage of Magor, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Llandaff, endowed with £ 400 royal bounty. The chapel is dedicated to St. Thomas.
