WORCESTER, 5 miles (N.E. byN.) from Bromyard,
containing 200 inhabitants. The living is , a discharged
rectory, in the archdeaconry of Salop, and diocese of
Hereford, rated in the king's books at £4. 4. 2., and in
the patronage of P. Puifford, Esq. The church is dedicated
to St. Bartholomew. A court leet is annually
held here.
