ASWARDHURN, parts of KESTEVEN, county of LINCOLN,
4 miles (S. E. by S.) from Sleaford, containing 256 inhabitants.
The living is a discharged vicarage, in the
peculiar jurisdiction and patronage of the Dean and
Chapter of Lincoln, rated in the king's books at
£6. 15. 4., and endowed with £.600 royal bounty.
The church is dedicated to St. Andrew.
