county of OXFORD, 2 miles (S.) from Henley upon
Thames, containing 528 inhabitants. The living is a
discharged vicarage, in the archdeaconry and diocese of
Oxford, rated in the king's books at £7. 1., and in the
patronage of the Dean and Canons of Windsor. The
church is dedicated to St. Peter and St. Paul.
