BRADLEY, county of GLOUCESTER, 6 miles (N.W.
by W.) from North Leach, containing 177 inhabitants.
The living is a discharged rectory, with that of Shipton-
Sollars united, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Gloucester,
rated in the king's books at £7. 5. 9-, and in the
alternate patronage of the families of Peachy and Chapeau.
The church is dedicated to St. Oswald. Limestone
exists in the parish.
