STONALL (OVER), a chapelry in the parish of
SHENSTONE, southern division of the hundred of OFFLOW,
county of STAFFORD, 6 miles (S. W.) from Lichfield.
The popxilation is returned with the parish. The
living is a perpetual curacy, in the archdeaconry of
Stafford, and diocese of Lichfield and Coventry, endowed
with £200Q parliamentary grant, and in the patronage
of the Vicar of Shenstone.
