county of SUFFOLK, 3 miles (N. by W.) from
Eye, containing 208 inhabitants. The living is a discharged
rectory, in the archdeaconry of Sudbury, and
diocese of Norwich, rated in the king's books at
£6. 16. 8., and in the patronage of Sir Edward Kerrigan,
Bart. The church is dedicated to All Saints.
