SUSTEAD, a parish in the northern division of the
hundred of ERPINGHAM, county of NORFOLK, 4 miles
(S. W.) from Cromer, containing 134 inhabitants. The living
is a perpetual curacy, in the archdeaconry of Norfolk,
and diocese of Norwich, endowed with £ 600 royal
bounty, and in the patronage of the Rev. John Boldero.
The church is dedicated to St. Peter and St. Paul.
