of the hundred  of GOSCOTE, county of LEICESTER, Ij
mile (W. N. W.) from Loughborough, containing, with
the chapelry of Dishley, 351 inhabitants. The living is
a perpetual curacy, in the archdeaconry of Leicester,
and diocese of Lincoln, and in the patronage of Sir
William Gordon, Bart.
