THREXTON, a parish in the hundred of WAYLAND,
county of NORFOLK, .2 miles (W. by S.) from Watton,
containing 34 inhabitants. The living is a discharged
rectory, annexed to the vicarage of Swaffham,
in the archdeaconry of Norfolk, and diocese of Norwich,
rated in the king's books at £7. 9. 4. The church
has a low round steeple, and in the south window are
various armorial bearings in stained glass.
