TRULL, a parish in the hundred of TAUNTON-and-TAUNTON-DEAN, county of SOMERSET, 2 miles (S. S. W.) from Taunton, containing 528 inhabitants. The living is a perpetual curacy, in the archdeaconry of Taunton, and diocese of Bath and Wells, endowed with £600 private benefaction, £ 800 royal bounty, and £ 500 parliamentary grant, and in the patronage of G. Earle, Esq. The church is dedicated to All Saints. John Wyatt, in 1756, gave the proceeds of £210 in support of a school; the annual income is £24, which is applied for teaching eighteen poor children.
