WALTON (EAST), a parish in the Lynn division
of the hundred of FREEBRIDGE, county of NORFOLK,
7 miles (N. W.) from Swaffham, containing 174 inhabitants.
The living is a discharged vicarage, in the
archdeaconry and diocese of Norwich, rated in the
king's books at £6. 3. 4. Andrew Haihond, Esq. was
patron in 1818. The church is dedicated to St. Mary.
