WENDON-LOFTS, a parish in the hundred of
UTTLESFORD, county of ESSEX, 8 miles (WbyN.) from
Saffron-Walden, containing 67 inhabitants. The living
is a discharged rectory, annexed to the vicarage of
Elmdon, in the jurisdiction of the Commissary of Essex
and Herts, concurrently with the Consistorial Court
