WRAWBY, a parish in the southern division of the wapentake of YARBOROUGH, parts of LINDSEY, county of LINCOLN, 2 miles (N. E. by E.) from Glandford-Bridge, containing, with the chapelry of Glandford-Bridge, and the hamlet of Kettleby, 2130 inhabitants. The living is a discharged vicarage, in the archdeaconry and diocese of Lincoln, rated in the king's books at £9. 14. 7-, and in the patronage of the Master and Fellows of Clare Hall, Cambridge. The church is dedicated to St. Mary.
